Selection Method: Winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries.

To be eligible, you must:

- Be able to enter into a binding service agreement
- Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Zach Develops LLC
Ineligible Businesses:

- Businesses promoting hate speech, discrimination, or harmful content
- Cryptocurrency, NFT, or speculative investment platforms
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes

Winner agrees to a 36-month (3-year) service agreement:

Early Termination:
- Winner may terminate the agreement at any time with 30 days written notice
- If terminated before 36 months, a reasonable transition fee may apply to cover migration and handoff
- Zach Develops LLC will work with you to ensure a smooth transition
After 36 Months:
- Agreement converts to month-to-month at same rate
- Either party may terminate with 30 days notice
- Source code remains property of Zach Develops LLC
